By joining evolveOS, participating in our sessions, or using any of our services, you agree to these Terms. Let’s make this a great journey together!

1. What We Offer

evolveOS, operated by Owner Evolution LLC, is all about optimizing you as an entrepreneur. Through our Skool.com community and coaching services—including one-on-one sessions, group sessions, and workshops—we focus on getting you in peak health, structuring your time, and sharpening your mindset to boost your productivity and impact. We’ll also dive into business tactics and growth strategies, but the heart of evolveOS is building you into your best self. We’re starting with evolveOS, but Owner Evolution LLC may offer other services later. Note: we might tweak, expand, or discontinue parts of evolveOS at our discretion—we’ll keep you in the loop as we grow.

2. Who Can Join

evolveOS is for entrepreneurs who want to optimize themselves to build or grow an online business. If you’re ready to prioritize your health, master your time, and strengthen your mindset to maximize your output, you’re our kind of person. No strict age or professional limits—just bring your commitment to evolve! You’ll need a Skool account to join, and it’s on you to keep your login details secure. If they’re compromised, we’re not responsible for what happens.

3. Payments and Subscriptions

We’re launching evolveOS for free to gather case studies and perfect our approach. When we switch to a paid model, here’s how it works:

- Pricing: Subscriptions are monthly or annual—your pick. Payments process through Skool’s platform.

- What’s Included: Your subscription gets you initial onboarding sessions, weekly coaching (one-on-one or group), workshops, daily access to your coach, and full community access.

- Billing: Subscriptions renew automatically on your cycle. Cancel anytime before renewal via Skool.

- Refunds: Not vibing? We offer refunds within 7 days of payment—reach out to us. After that, no refunds, but you can cancel future charges.

We’ll give you a heads-up when we go from free to paid so you’re prepared.

4. Community Rules

The evolveOS community thrives when everyone contributes positively. Here’s how to keep it awesome:

- Be Respectful: No negativity or rudeness toward others. We’re all about support here.

- No Spam: Skip the irrelevant links or promos that don’t add value.

- Share Smart: We encourage sharing about your business—insights, lessons, wins—just keep it helpful, not overly salesy. Marketing’s fine if it’s tied to real value and not pushy.

Break these rules, and we might remove your content or suspend your access. It’s our call, but we’ll aim to be fair.

5. Intellectual Property

Owner Evolution LLC owns the content we create—like coaching materials, workshop resources, and posts in evolveOS. You keep ownership of what you share, but posting it gives us a non-exclusive license to display it within evolveOS (e.g., on Skool). Don’t post anything that infringes on someone else’s rights—we’ll take it down if it does.

6. Coaching Confidentiality

Your one-on-one and group sessions are private. We’ll keep what you share confidential, unless the law says otherwise (e.g., a court order). You agree to respect others’ privacy too—don’t share their personal or business info outside evolveOS.

7. Our Liability

evolveOS is here to help you optimize and grow, but it’s provided “as is.” We can’t promise specific outcomes (your journey’s unique!), and Owner Evolution LLC isn’t liable for losses from your use—like decisions based on coaching. You’re in charge of how you apply what we offer.

8. Termination

You can step away anytime—cancel your account or subscription through Skool. We can end your access too, especially if you violate these Terms. If that happens, we’ll try to explain why, but it’s our final decision.

9. Changes to These Terms

We might update these Terms as evolveOS and Owner Evolution LLC evolve. Updates take effect when posted. Keep using evolveOS, and you’re agreeing to the new terms.

10. Legal Details

Governing Law: These Terms fall under Louisiana, USA law. Disputes go to Hammond, LA courts.
